Return and Refund Policy

Returns

  • Return Window: You have 3 calendar days from the date of receipt to request a return.
  • Eligibility for Return: Returns are only accepted for items with a manufacturing defect or if the product is received in a damaged or defective condition. Returns are not eligible for products ordered in the wrong model, design, color, or type.
  • Incorrect Product Delivery: In cases of incorrect product delivery, a free replacement will be provided.
  • Condition of Return: The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and include proof of purchase (receipt). Any item that does not meet these criteria may not be eligible for return.
  • Color Disclaimer: Due to screen display settings (brightness, contrast, resolution), slight color variations may occur, and are not considered a defect.

Replacements and Refunds

  • Free Replacement or Refund Conditions: Replacement or refund requests can be made if:
    • The item has a manufacturing defect (e.g., fitting issues, print alignment issues, blurred print).
    • The item is physically damaged upon receipt (with proof via unpacking/unboxing video).
    • The item is missing parts or accessories (with proof via unpacking/unboxing video).
    • The item differs from its description on the product detail page.
    • The item is defective or non-functional (with proof via unpacking/unboxing video).
  • Request Window: You have 3 calendar days from the date of receipt to request a replacement or refund.
  • Processing Time: Once approved, refunds will be initiated within 24 working hours. The amount should reflect in your bank account within 5–7 working days, depending on your bank’s processing time.

Manufacturing Defects

  • Defects Covered: Fitting issues, spots on print, major alignment issues, blurred print.
  • Exclusions: Minor color differences, slight alignment discrepancies, button/fingerprint/camera cut variations, logo alignment, or soft print cover edges are not considered manufacturing defects.
